Log into your Sunnyo account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the return authorization slip is included inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
